Neutral Grounding Resistor for Generator

i. Material

l The resistor is made from nichrome, which with high efficiency of electric conductivity, high-temperature endurance, melting point is higher as 1400°,small temperature coefficient, steady resistance value, corrosion resistance etc.,  We provide the products with the imported resistor material on the customer’s requirment.  

l The Resistors enclosure is made from the imported aluminized zinc plate, the stainless steel plate or the cold-roll steel sheets which features a beautiful appearance and good endurance of corrosion.

l All of the srews are stainless steel A2-70 features high-temperature endurance and good corrosion resistance .

l LZZBJ9 resin casting insolation enhanced type current transformer which produced by the Top-3 manufacturer in China.

ii. Technics

·   The hidden binding structure Air-cooling system: the resistor dispates heat through the current when there is fault. It is very important to disspate heat and ventilate in time , in order to keep the equipment operate well. Because of considering the heating value when designing the ventilating system, our products equiped with the outer air-cooling and ventilating system to make sure the high efficiency of heat disspating ,as well as with the charateristcis of water-resistance and dust-resistance.  

·   Sealing features of cubicle: double ring seal cubicle door and the screw bolt fastening structure can enhance the protective performance of the cubicle with highest level of IPSS. 

·   Different with the traditional grounding cubicle: we developed the special intellect controlled unit for the enclosure based on the market, which with the LED display and 32-digital single chip inside of it . The cubicle can monitor the unbalanced current, the resistor plate, the grounding transformer and the enclosure temperarture, it also can be tranfered into the controlling room and realize the unattended operation.
